Infissi in legno con i doppi vetri. Primo terra rialzato. Zona molto tranquilla e residenziale, ben collegata da mezzi pubblici, attività commerciali di vario genere vicini. COSTI 1) Affitto mensile 530€. 2) Tutte le utenze, acqua , luce, gas, spazzatura, internet, condominio e riscaldamento sono di 200€ al mese. 3) Deposito cauzionale di 500€ che verrà restituito quando lascerai la camera. 4) Tassa Amministrativa di 500€, che comprende, registrazione contratto presso l'agenzia delle Entrate, imposta di registro e bolli contratto, assistenza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, pulizia finale della camera.
