It is ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy a delightful stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and stunning viewpoints within walking distance. The street is strictly pedestrian-only, with the nearest vehicle access point about a 5-minute walk away. Alfama is an old neighborhood characterized by narrow, steep streets with Portuguese cobblestones. It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of Lisbon. Don’t forget to bring comfortable footwear! - Living Room With a wooden-lined ceiling and traditional fado verses adorning the walls, the living room is a cozy and inviting space for relaxing evenings and socializing. Please note that the living room does not have a TV, making it the perfect setting for long conversations and sharing experiences. - Dining Room Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining room with a rustic wooden table and fado-themed elements. - Kitchen Fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (coffee not included), and both a dishwasher and washing machine. - Bedroom The bedroom, compact but comfortable, features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. - Bathroom The bathroom includes a shower. Additional Information: → The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper storage and use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
