Dear female students, from October 1st onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 17. district of Vienna, on Hernalser Hauptstraße. The apartment has 3 bedrooms in total, we are looking for a female tenant only. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe and a balcony. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. The contract for the room is for a period of 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the end of February, August or September. The rent is EUR 490,- per month plus an additional EUR 70,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 560,- The deposit is EUR 1120,- There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
