Hey :) I'm looking for a student/tenant to take over my room, the kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other women (25,29), very cozy, rent is 525 monthly all incl. and deposit is 1,050. The contract is for at least 6 months, meaning you can stay for longer (unlimited) and also if you want to leave, you can with a 3 month notice period. City registration is possible, The location is great, 3 min walk to the Ubahn, there is a Netto right in front of the building (life saver), Aldi is 9 mins away (walking), bad cannstatt bahnhof is 7 mins by the ubahn and you can get to the hauptbahnhof in 10-15 mins with the Ubahn. The room is furnished of course, a single bed, desk and chest of drawers with clothes rail, also extra storage under the bed. There are store rooms in the basement as well as washing machines and a dryer. The landlord is honestly very helpful and understanding, speaks english and german. This is what is says in the contract about pets: "The tenant may only keep pets with the landlord's consent. Consent may only be refused or revoked if the animals are a nuisance to other residents, flatmates or neighbours or if there is a risk of damage to these persons or the property.
