Al piano terra sono presenti anche una comoda camera matrimoniale e un bagno con bidet, box doccia e lavatrice. Accendendo al piano superiore invece troviamo un’altra camera con letto matrimoniale. Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i servizi principali, tra cui un supermercato a soli 5 minuti. Inoltre, l'appartamento è ben collegato al centro e alla stazione da numerose linee autobus. This precious and modern apartment opens onto a large living area where there is a flat screen TV, a table with chairs, a comfortable sofa and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances (stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee m.achine). On the ground floor there is also a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with bidet, shower and washing machine. Turning on the upper floor instead we find another room with double bed. In the surroundings there are all the main services, including a supermarket just 5 minutes. In addition, the apartment is well connected to the center and the station by numerous bus lines....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
