The available room is a spacious 20.5qm plus 5qm private balcony, it offers a stunning view from its wide west-facing window, it's fully furnished and has a bed (1.4x2m), desk, closet, sofa. The apartment is shared with young international tenants/students who are sure to make you feel at home. The apartment has a washing machine and wifi availabe. Could you please request only the first month of your stay via HousingAnywhere? Your stay can be extended later according to availibility. I ask you to book only one month, as HousingAnywhere will collect fees based on the rental period. However, they will only collect one month's rent for me. This is why I would like to pay the fee for only one month. Otherwise, I would have to pay fees for many months, but the rent for the further months is not guaranteed. Sometimes people reduce their stay period after checking in. The fees cannot be refunded by Housinganywhere....
