The villa is located in Örby, Älvsjö in Stockholm. 10 minutes walking distance to Älvsjö C and from there it takes 10 minutes to Stockholm C. Cohabitation in a villa where up to 5 people share the accommodation's common spaces. The house is 1.5 levels with a basement. There is a toilet with a shower on each floor. A shared kitchen and dining room on the upper floor. There is a common living room with a fireplace on the upper level. There are three bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level. There is a common balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture and garden. We prefer that the room is rented out for 1 semester or shorter than 9 months.
