Hi! I’m a 23-year-old expat from the Netherlands. I don’t smoke, work a lot, and enjoy staying active with sports. I’m looking for a clean and responsible housemate to share a modern, brand-new apartment with me. The apartment is located within walking distance of Estepona’s charming old town and the beach. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, while we’ll only share the living room and kitchen. The urbanization includes a communal outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sun. Additionally, extra secured private parking is available upon request.
