This studio features a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the river view. The open-plan space includes a shower area. Situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it is just a 5-minute walk from Torre dos Clérigos and Livraria Lello. The Space This property is owned by our good friend Francisco, who is dedicated to restoring classic buildings in downtown Porto. Francisco is a modern romantic - often seen zipping around the city on his electric scooter or admiring the details of Porto's historic architecture. We’ve carefully furnished and decorated the apartment with products from young Portuguese designers, artists, and local producers, so you can experience the heart of Porto while supporting small-scale entrepreneurs. Neighbourhood We absolutely love this location! Situated between two beautiful gardens - Jardim da Cordoaria and Jardim das Virtudes (our favorite spot for afternoon beers) - with some of the best venues in downtown Porto just around the corner. The back terraces also offer stunning river views. This building holds special meaning to us, as it was once the departure point for all regional buses leaving the city, making it the start of many of our teenage adventures.
