I am renting out a room in my (rented) beautiful 5 room 140m2 appartment in an antique building in the 6th district close to public transport, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Minimum stay is 5 days, rent for one month is €970. Just pm me for details and we can work something out. There is one more male flatmate (doctor in training to become a neurosurgeon). However, I am on duty travel a lot and the place is huge. Your bedroom is 30m2 and furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand and antik cupboard. Everything you need is there including bedlinnen, blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen etc. There is a large lounge and spacious dining room, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and much more. You literally just need to move in with your suitcase :) Just pm me for more details and arrangements....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund
