The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The whole flat has plenty of natural light for a cozy environment and building includes a lift for easy access. Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk and chair. It also includes a wardrobe and a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a comfortable single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room faces the space in between buildings which makes it a quieter atmosphere but still has plenty of exposer to natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
