Top location: 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram/bus stop in Puławska street, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów. Fast connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, for instance to Vistula (5 minutes by metro), SGH (5 minutes by metro), WUT (8 minutes by metro), SGGW, Lazarski Uni (within walking distance), Warsaw University and others. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) in the park nearby each Sunday from spring to autumn. This apartment consists of 2 single rooms, bathroom and a small kitchen with a dining table. The flat is just for two people who may enjoy their privacy in separate rooms. All windows are sound proof thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main streets and all kinds of public transport (metro, trams, buses, all within 1-4 minutes walk from the room). There is fast internet in the building. Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently connected, just minutes drive to Warsaw's Center. Apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops (including several grocery shops opened also on Sundays), supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, gyms, bike paths. You can store your bike in the garden if you like. Please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to quiet home. People do not make noise here, don't organize any loud events , clean after themselves each time they use a bathroom or a kitchen, and keep shared parts of the flat always clean . We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home .
