Accommodation Our spacious and stylish duplex apartment in Porches, just 200 metres from the beach, is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends who appreciate comfort, space and proximity to the ocean. The apartment features 2 cosy bedrooms with access to terraces: one with a king-size bed (160×200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90×200 cm). A baby cot and high chair are provided for younger guests. The open-plan living room with kitchen has everything you need for family dinners and enjoyable gatherings. A sofa bed (130×200 cm) is also available in the living room. Two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) ensure comfort for every guest, while a separate workspace allows you to conveniently combine relaxation and work. The terraces with sun loungers and dining areas will become your favourite spots to relax — whether enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book or spending cosy evenings outdoors. Guest access Guests have access to all apartment amenities, including: • Free high-speed Wi-Fi • Large 55’ Smart TV in the living room with over 200 channels, Netflix, YouTube, etc. • 2 TVs in the bedrooms • 2 air conditioners and bathroom heaters The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Free parking for 2 cars makes the apartment especially convenient for guests travelling by car. Before arrival, our guests receive travel booklets with our recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and entertainment options. This is a place where everyone will feel at home — with a touch of comfort and close to the best beaches of the Algarve. Important information The apartments have steps to the 2nd floor, which are equipped with railings. Hotel amenities — swimming pool, gym and sauna — are not available to our guests. Location: Porches is a picturesque Algarve village where natural beauty, history and comfort blend perfectly. Just a short walk away are three stunning beaches: • Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha (200 m), • Praia Nova and Senhora da Rocha (250 m), • Praia das Escaleiras (250 m), ideal for swimming and relaxing. Restaurants and a bus stop are 100 m away, and a supermarket is 1 km away. Visit the cliff-top Nossa Senhora da Rocha Chapel and enjoy breathtaking sunset views. Transfer & Transport If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will offer you the best price. Faro Airport is located 40 km from our property, which usually takes about 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. There is a bus stop between the building and the padel courts (400 m away).
