The house is a well situated, calm, quiet house with nice neighbours. 2 TOILETS AND 2 BATHROOMS IN THE APARTMENT ⭐ The area has excellent infrastructure with grocery stores, a post office, etc., within a 2-minute walk. The City Park and Heroes' Square, Zoo are 5 minutes on foot. Many public transport options are in walking distance (metro, bus, railway stations) Smoking (incl. IQOS, e-Cigarette, etc) is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment (incl. on the french balcony) and pets are not allowed. Parties or disturbing the neighbours are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Only the contracted guest(s) are authorized to stay in the apartment.
