Hello, My name is Melissa, and I live in a cozy apartment in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw with my sociable and affectionate cat, Cookie. I work a lot and am usually only home in the evenings during the week and on weekends. I’m looking for a respectful and friendly roommate to share this lovely space. I’m offering a fully furnished private room (double bed, wardrobe, TV) with access to a small balcony. The shared spaces include a cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Cookie is very present and loves company, so liking cats is a must for a harmonious cohabitation. The rent includes all utilities: electricity, water, heating, internet, etc. No additional fees will be charged, unless there is a significant increase in certain rates.
