In condivisione: Cucina grande e abitabile con caminetto e stufa a legna per il riscaldamento di tutta la casa. Sala grande, adatta eventualmente ad ospitare anche eventi di vario tipo. Cortile grande esterno con vista panoramica su Siena, giardino, orto e forno a legna esterno. Cerco una persona responsabile, indipendente, affidabile che abbia bisogno dei suoi spazi (come me) e che voglia anche mettere a frutto i suoi talenti e progetti, sfruttando gli spazi in comune. Ideale per chi sta iniziando come insegnante di yoga, massaggi, meditazione, sound healing, corsi e qualsiasi altra attività che ha bisogno di una saletta per praticare. Oppure per chi ha semplicemente bisogno di spazio e tranquillità. Personalmente amo silenzio e introspezione, ma sono anche socievole. Pratico rituali del Sud America e ho un lavoro online. Sono spesso fuori nei weekend. Chiedo 450 € spese incluse. Grotti è un borghetto molto carino a pochi km da Siena, 7 minuti dalla Statale Siena-Grosseto, 30 min dalle terme di Petriolo, 17 minuti da Siena.
