Elegantly finished with a stone hob, the kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and electric oven. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms. The main one is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe with 6 doors. The other room has a single bed, convertible into a double bed if necessary, and a wardrobe with double doors. The bathroom has a sink, bidet and shower. Equipment: - Wifi - Smart TV - Large balcony equipped with table and chairs - Washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board - Independent heating and air conditioning with split in all rooms - Elevator to the 3rd floor, apartment accessible to people with reduced mobility - Concierge, covered parking, communal pool (accessible during the summer) The neighborhood is well stocked and has all kinds of services, including many supermarkets, bars and a gym. The station is about 15 minutes away. For stays longer than 30 days in Italy, it is necessary to have an Italian “Codice Fiscale”, which you can apply for upon your arrival at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”. In addition, it is possible to withdraw from the contract with one month’s notice; the administrative fee is €150.00 + VAT, in addition to the proportional charge of Housing Anywhere’s commissions for the unused days. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
