The apartment is located in a strategic position of Bologna; the historic center and the fair are less than 1 km away and being a very well-served area, can be reached by bus or with a pleasant walk. The area is also equipped with bars and supermarkets. For stays longer than 30 days in Italy, it is necessary to have an Italian “Codice Fiscale”, which you can apply for upon your arrival at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”. In addition, it is possible to withdraw from the contract with one month’s notice; the administrative fee is €150.00 + VAT, in addition to the proportional charge of Housing Anywhere’s commissions for the unused days.
