Condiciones de Alquiler: DNI, NIE o Pasaporte. Mes corriente. Depósito de seguridad reembolsable (ciertas condiciones aplican). Se solicita un pago único al momento de la entrada, para gastos de gestión y mantenimiento (este importe puede variar según la temporada). Las habitaciones no incluyen: Ropa de cama, mantas o toallas. Horario de Check-in: Horario: 14:30 - 18:30 de lunes a viernes en la oficina del propietario. Los check-ins fuera del horario habitual, durante fines de semana y días festivos, son una excepción y sólo podrán realizarse si han sido autorizados previamente. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
