Vicino a 2 Ospedali, Città di Brescia e Ospedale civile, e a molte università zona Ospedale e zona san Faustino, collegate dalla metropolitana. Per soggiorni sopra i 4 mesi è possibile avere uno sconto del 5 per cento. Si fa sempre contratto di affitto. Costo contratto affitto 20 euro, da pagare all'arrivo. Le spese di acqua, luce , gas e condominiali non sono indicate nel costo dell'affitto.
