Spacious room. This property is 100 meters from the bus stop. It takes 30 minutes to get into the city centre. It is a 15-minute walk to the dart (train) station. It is 100-meter walk from the Donaghmede Shopping Centre which contains all amenities. We also have a cat. You will be required to look after the cat when the family is way (we usually go away for 2 months at a time). This is why the rent is cheap. This will mean- feeding the cat in the morning, evening, cleaning the litter tray, letting her in and out in the morning and evening and playing with it for a few minutes a day....
