Welcome to our charming two-bedroom apartment, nestled on a historic building in Lisbon's prestigious Lapa district. Boasting stunning views over the Tagus River, this apartment offers a blend of modern design and classic charm. With a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, and cozy bedrooms, you'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. Enjoy the vibrant surroundings and all that Lisbon has to offer! *Ongoing construction works in the adjacent building with no timetable for completion. - Building A two-bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a traditional building in one of the most historic, noble, and iconic areas of Lisbon - Lapa, home to numerous palaces and embassies. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so access to the apartment is by stairs. However, we assure you that the view is worth it! Due to the roof architecture, the apartment has areas with very low ceilings. As it is a street with heavy traffic, some exterior noise is to be expected. Street parking is paid and limited. - Living Room The modern design and sober colors contrast with the warmth of the wood. The French window not only provides abundant natural light but also offers a wonderful view over the Tagus River! It consists of a comfortable sofa and air conditioning, complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious dining table. - Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped so you can comfortably prepare your meals. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and espresso machine (coffee not included). - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. None of the bedrooms have AC. - Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the bathroom is interior, without windows, so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the spaces frequently during your stay to minimize moisture buildup from showers. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11am. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
