The WC is separate and has another washbasin. Weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent. Check-in is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Registration at the address is possible.
