Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen separaten Zugang. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment. Lage: Direkt im Zentrum von Neuss-Holzheim, Bushaltestelle, Bank, Apotheke, Post und Bäckerei befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Supermärkte und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind in einem Radius von 300m zu erreichen. Restaurants liegen unweit entfernt. Der Bahnhof liegt nur 400m entfernt und verbindet alle Destinationen wie Düsseldorf, Köln, Dormagen, Leverkusen. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf ist mit der S11 zu erreichen.
