Private room with double bed for one person or two people in the Madrid River area, Calle Urgel 27, 10 minutes from La Latina station and 15 minutes from Atocha station. The quiet area is lined with trees, with access to bars, taverns, terraces and nightclubs. The apartment is new, quiet and peaceful. It is close to the best places in the city and at the same time offers the tranquility of a residential area. Fully furnished. We are looking for responsible people, careful in living together, respectful and punctual with payment. Pay slips are not required in the case of students, but proof that you have the means to pay the rent is required. A seasonal rental agreement is signed for 1 to 3 months, renewable depending on the cohabitation and compliance with payment. Registration on site is not possible...
