Das Apartment hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnzimmer und einen eigenen Schlafraum, ein Abstellraum sowie ein Bad mit einer Dusche und eine getrennte Toilette. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung muss beim Auszug komplett gereinigt verlassen werden und die Wäsche muss gewaschensein, andernfalls wird eine Reinigungsgebühr je nach Aufwand verlangt...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
