When you move out, we make an overview of the pre-payments for the apartment tenant, which can also mean the tenant of the apartment receives money back. The group is responsible for the entire apartment. If chosen, you will be part of the group. - there is a one-time payment of 299 euro (HA commission) - there is a one-time payment of 199 euro (for the bed linen & end cleaning) - contracts ALWAYS start at the beginning & end of the month, notice period of 1 calendar month - contract: group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one group for the entire apartment. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
