Camera con aria condizionata al 6 piano con affaccio su terrazzo da 40 mq. A 100 metri fermata Metro San Cristoforo, a 1 km fermata Metro Inganni. A 200 metri 3 supermercati. Nuovo ponte pedonale sopra al Naviglio. In casa lavatrice/asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Cucina con piastra a induzione, forno e secondo balcone. Da condividere da subito con me; io mangio a casa solo nel week end e dormo fuori spesso. Un secondo inquilino potrebbe arrivare fra qualche mese. Fondamentali la PULIZIA e la tranquillità....
