The apartment is on the second floor in a very friendly neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík as well as bus station and shopping mall. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (15-18 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 8 minutes away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery. There is also another smaller supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 4 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, airfrier, microwave, fridge, freezer, heating cattle , coffee machine and all the necessities you need.
