È un accogliente appartamento duplex, nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze. Ristoranti e supermercati sono realmente a pochi passi. Si trova al primo piano (quindici gradini) dall'ingresso principale. L'appartamento è accanto a Piazza Santa Croce, a 50 metri dal Lungarno, a 300 metri da Piazza della Signoria e a 500 metri da Ponte Vecchio. Si trova in zona ZTL. Esattamente davanti a casa si trova la fermata dell'Autobus e inoltre c'è un parcheggio privato, custodito, a pagamento, a 20 metri dall'ingresso di casa che si chiama "Garage dei Tintori". Altri posti auto sono presenti lungo il "Lungarno della Zecca" gratuiti durante la notte e a pagamento (con Cash Machine) durante il giorno, e distano 3 minuti a piedi. All'interno è presente bagno, con doccia e bidet. È presente anche lavatrice (da usare con cautela e seguendo le istruzioni). Sono presenti termosifoni in ogni stanza (con comando autonomo, quindi a discrezione dell'inquilino). È presente una piccola cucina con fornelli a induzione, un piccolo forno a microonde e tutti gli accessori (piatti, posate, bicchieri, tovagliette e pentole). È presente rilevatore di fumo e monossido di carbonio...
