Thanks to its excellent location, you will have all the services (shops, restaurants, leisure...) just 10 minutes by car from the center of Alhaurin el Grande.. . The plot you will enjoy is completely fenced, you will have privacy and tranquility. You can park up to 3 vehicles within the plot without losing space for your leisure or play for your children.. . As soon as you get out of the car you will find a beautiful pool with pool furniture and a Balinese bed where you can rest peacefully, sunbathe or read a book. When you are not using the pool you can be quiet, it is completely fenced, if you are traveling with small children you can be quiet.. . If you do not want to be in the pool, you can rest on the fabulous porch of the house, from this space, you can control the pool while using a splendid wrought iron barbecue.. . Access to the home has the kitchen as the first room, where you can make any meal thanks to the complete set of small appliances and kitchenware that the accommodation offers.. . The accommodation consists of two floors, on the ground floor in addition to the kitchen you can find a large bathroom with a shower, modern and equipped with everything you need. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a large living room, with a fireplace, a large television and two comfortable sofas. In this space you can have lunch at the dining table or get together with your family in the warmth of the large fireplace. You can also have a pleasant conversation at the small traditional bar in the living room. The living room is decorated in the most Andalusian style with old farm tools, a bit of history at every moment of your stay.. . There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third available room is on the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase located above the traditional bar that we have already mentioned. This room has a double bed, very bright and quiet.. .
