Welcome to the House of Olives. It is "grandma's" house in Versilia and I have rejuvenated it with love, adapting the old furniture to modern taste. I also kept some of the old utensils, because they have a functionality that moderns don't have. At the same time you will find the latest generation Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, juicer and toaster. There is no air conditioning, but excellent fans in every room, there is no dishwasher, but a large sink with a window, which makes the practice of washing dishes very pleasant. I too have rediscovered the pleasure of washing dishes, like when I was a child at my grandmother's house. Enjoy the dilated time and take moments to stay in the garden in the shade of our 14 centuries-old olive trees. There is also a bench for sitting, reading or meditating. We are in the countryside behind Forte dei Marmi and you can reach the seaside in 10 minutes by bike through the bike trail. You can eat outside in the porch also in winter, while in Summer there is a space with a big table amid the olive trees. In the nearby village you can find all kind of shops and restaurant...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
