The kitchenette is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, while the seating area comes with a 1.50m bed perfect for relaxing. The bathroom features a shower, and the study table and chair are ideal for working or studying. Please note, there is no open-flame cooking allowed. The loft is located in a consolidated area, just 5 minutes from Aragon subway station. It’s surrounded by essential services such as restaurants, banks, and clothing stores, offering great convenience for your day-to-day activities. The space is finished with quality materials, including parquet flooring, COLD-HEAT air conditioning, and a reinforced door for added security. Water and internet are included in the rental price, and a minimum 6-month contract is required, with a maximum of 11 months. Guaranteed and demonstrable solvency is needed for all renters.
