Double exterior room for rent in a completely renovated house. It has an excellent location, being 2 minutes from the Pubilla Casas metro station and next to shops and the Red Cross Hospital. Very close to universities and the center of Barcelona. The room has everything new, bed, wardrobes, TV and curtains, thus creating a very cozy space. The bathroom is also new and renovated, as are all the kitchen appliances and washing machine. Utilities included, wifi and weekly cleaning. We aim to create a quiet and respectful space.
