Situado junto a Metro Esperanza (Línea 4) en una zona residencial, tranquila y con todos los servicios (supermercados, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. ) necesarios. Se pide una estancia mínima de 3 meses, ideal a largo plazo. Todos los suministros (Wifi Internet, electricidad, calefacción, agua y limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes) por 50€/mes. Se pide un mes de fianza y un mes de honorarios de agencia (ajustable en estancias menores de 6 meses)...
