Room: Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your room has four large windows with a window sill. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright because of large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe and 1 desk with chair. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, heating and water. There are therefore no additional costs for you. Shared apartment life: Your room mates would be: Andrea (25) - working as a controller at Louis Vuitton. Julia (28) - working as a doctor. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory. Location: very quiet, in the countryside and in the middle of Schwabing. Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop / subway (U3/U6- Münchner Freiheit/Giselastr), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar. U2/U3-Münchner Freiheit/Giselastr are very close by. The English Garden is about 5 minutes walk away...
