Description

Nice loft-style apartment in the heart of Valencia, Perfectly located in the old town. Very close to all the city's bus and metro lines, near the mercad central of valencia and the plaza del ayuntamiento. Ideal for couples, families and groups of 3 people. The old town is very emblematic and characteristic, one of the largest in Spain. The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in. This way, you don't have to worry about arranging a deep clean when you're ready to move out—we take care of it for you...
