We will evaluate case-by-case. - Monthly cleaning of common areas is 10€ per month (Concept Other) Our furnished 3-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of Carrer de Lancaster, includes a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave; no oven) and bedrooms with a bed, desk, closet, lockable door, 1 set of sheets, duvet, pillow, fan, and electric heater. All apartments have Wi-Fi, and the buildings DO NOT have elevators. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash (in-office), or card (in-office). Located in the vibrant El Raval area, this property is at the city's heart. The Universitat de Barcelona is just a 7-minute walk away, while the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art is only 3 minutes away on foot. Additionally, the famous Mercado de La Boqueria, offering fresh produce, meats, and cheeses, is just a 5-minute walk from the property.
