From 17 December 2024 until 27 March 2025, I have a big room in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid for rent for 3 months & 10 days. You will have a private space of ± 18 m2 + 90 m2 common areas for € 1.099 p/m all in. Please read the below carefully before responding. How rent is calculated
