Diese Räume könnte man auch mit einem Bett / Matratze ausstatten, damit mehrere Leute in der Wohnung schlafen können. * Miete: Über den Preis lässt sich eventuell sprechen, angesetzt ist dieser auf 1.770,- pro Monat (inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Strom, WLAN etc.) * Zeitraum: Ab Januar 2025, flexible Daten sind möglich. * Parkplatz: Inklusive (Überdacht) Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich zusätzlich gerne per privater Nachricht und hinterlasse mir deine Telefonnummer.
