L'appartamento, al primo piano, oltre alle camere (3 in totale), ha cucinotto/zona pranzo e un bagno, con doccia; la cucina è attrezzata (con lavatrice, piano cottura a induzione e forno a microonde); il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc. etc. PREZZO AL MESE TUTTO INCLUSO! Cosa vuol dire tutto incluso? Affitto + spese condominiali + riscaldamento + tassa rifiuti + bolletta elettrica, acqua e gas + INTERNET + una pulizia mensile delle parti comuni dell'appartamento.
