The cosy appartment ist located in the second district of vienna in a well renovated historical building, pretty close to a park ("Augarten", about 2 minutes) and the trailway (about 5 minutes). The first district can be reached by a nice walk alongside the river "Donaukanal" filled with lots of restaurants in spring/summer within about 20 minutes. The fully furnished appartment consists of a bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a balcony. It is located in the subterrain (about 2 meters above the street) and is perfect for one person....
