Completa l’ambiente la presenza di un piccolo spazio esterno privato in cui rilassarsi. L'appartamento, pur non trovandosi in pieno centro, è ben collegato e poco distante dalle zone principali di Bologna. Inoltre, si trova in una zona in cui sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari. Per i soggiorni oltre i 30 giorni in Italia è necessario avere il "Codice Fiscale" italiano che potrete richiedere al vostro arrivo presso l' "Agenzia delle Entrate".
