East & South facing windows (with sea view), lot's of sunlight, south facing balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with modern high quality appliances. Very private, secluded & quiet place. No elevator. Happy to share more information of the property. I'll only accept bookings starting from early January or earlier. I'm quite flexible to discuss the deal based on your situation (furnishing, length of stay, price, desired amenities, etc.). Note currently a bigger / different dining table & chairs at location....
