Welcome to our cozy garden studio apartment, offering approximately 11 m2 of space, perfect for your stay in Vienna. The apartment features a room with two single beds, a desk, and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with two chairs. Additionally, there is a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a shared washing machine available. The terrace includes a garden table and two chairs where smoking is permitted, and you are also welcome to use the large terrace above the apartment, where smoking is also allowed. The apartment is located in the "Alte Donau" recreational area on a quiet residential street. The garden invites you to relax, and the river Alte Donau, just 300 meters away, is perfect for walks or a refreshing swim. The "Kagran" and "Alte Donau" subway stations (both U1 line) are a short 8-10 minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in just 20 minutes. The Donau Zentrum - Westfield, Vienna's largest shopping center with 220 shops, including 50 restaurants and bars, is just a 10-minute walk away. For daily groceries, the Billa supermarket on Wagramer Straße 54 is an 8-minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive. If guests stay overnight, an additional charge of 30 euros per person per night applies. Guests must be reported prior to arrival, and the accommodation costs must be paid in cash before arrival. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Other Optional Costs: At the time of booking, a non-refundable administrative fee of EUR 200 is payable. In addition, a security deposit of EUR 1,000 must be paid to secure the booking. This deposit will be refunded after the contractual termination of the rental agreement, provided the accommodation is returned in proper condition.
