La zona è servita di numerosi autobus ed è possibile raggiungere il centro storico e i maggiori punti di interesse della città in meno di 10 minuti. Per i soggiorni oltre i 30 giorni in Italia è necessario avere il "Codice Fiscale" italiano che potrete richiedere al vostro arrivo presso l' "Agenzia delle Entrate". Segnaliamo inoltre che è possibile recedere dal contratto con un mese di preavviso; il costo della pratica è di 150,00 € + IVA oltre all'addebito delle commissioni di Housing Anywhere proporzionate per i giorni non goduti.
