Zu dem Komplex gehören sehr gepflegte Grünanlagen und ein eingezäuntes Basketballfeld zur freien Benutzung. Das gemütliche Appartement ist mit Smart-TV und Internet ausgestattet. Ausserdem mit einem Sofa, Schreibtisch, kleinem Esstisch, komplett eingerichteter Küche mit Nespressomaschine, Geschirr, Besteck etc., grosses Bett (140cm), geräumiger Kleiderschrank (2m breit). Im Flur befindet sich eine Garderobe und eine Konsole mit Spiegel. Das Bad ist mit einem neuen Waschtisch, Dusche und neuem WC ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon (süd-westliche Ausrichtung) kann man herrlich auf den zwei Loungesesseln entspannen. Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern mit Münzautomat. Ein grosses Kellerabteil gehört ebenfalls zu dem Appartement. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an, d.h.: Gas, Strom, Wasser, Internet, Steuern sind inklusive. Der Stadtteil Weiden ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Bus und Bahnstationen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ebenfalls gibt es sehr gute Einkausmöglichkeiten im nahen Rheincenter....
