The rental period can be slightly flexible. Forests and nature start right from the backyard but on the other hand, the transport connections around Helsinki are also good, buses and trams run in different directions within a radius of about 500 m - 1 km. There are services in the nearby area, the nearest shop is about 800 m, R-kioski and the wonderful Frangipani bakery 600 m, and Arabianranta with its services is about a kilometer away. The apartment has plenty of light due to the many windows that have views of the forest and the peaceful courtyard. The special feature of the apartment is the mezzanine, which can be used either for sleeping or as storage space. The apartment is rented furnished, but the number and configuration of the furniture can be negotiated. Pets are also negotiable. The apartment complex is well maintained and right on the ground floor of our apartment you will find a sauna, laundry room and drying room. The building also has a communal gym and a club room and a barbecue area. As a bonus, the communal housing complex is very peaceful and neighbors are all very nice. The rent includes electricity, water fee and internet plus weekly sauna and use of other facilities in the apartment block...
