Je m’occupe de la gestion de tous les contrats (gaz, électricité, syndic, eau, assurance, internet...) Domiciliation possible Prix : - Location 980 €/mois qui inclut les meubles et équiments, l'internet. - A ajouter (i) Provisions pour charges communes (ascenseur, nettoyage, énergie des communs) = +/-30 €,(ii) provisions pour frais de chauffage/gaz, électricité et eau : +/- 90 €/mois (moins si pas de télé travail).
