The contemporary bathroom impresses with elegant high-gloss tiles, a spacious 1.20 m wide shower tray, a towel heater, and illuminated mirrored cabinets. The apartment features a 1.40 m wide bed as well as a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into an additional bed. A dining table with two chairs and a modern, spacious wardrobe provide comfort and storage. Additional highlights include electric blinds, Wi-Fi, and a large 50-inch flat-screen TV with cable connection and a USB port. A landlord's certificate can be issued upon request. There is a laundry room in the building with a brand-new washing machine and dryer, which can be used by all residents free of charge. The laundry facilities are located in a separate room within the building. The one-room apartment is centrally located. It faces the street but is screened by shrubs and trees.
